Shipping Information

Purchases made through the website by customers in the United States will be shipped from our fulfillment center in Buffalo, New York.

We deliver to all locations in the United States that are served by delivery services, other than the State of New York.

Our policy is to ship orders on the Same Day for orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST on business days, and Next Business Day for orders placed after 12:00 Noon EST. 

Order Processing and Shipping will not take place on the following Holidays:

  • New Year's Day (January 1st)
  • Family Day
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Civic Holiday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Remembrance Day
  • Boxing Day
  • Christmas Day

In some cases, orders may be delayed one day as a result of holidays in Toronto, Ontario.

Rarely, our ability to ship orders is impacted by events beyond our control such as  internet problems, bad weather, or other occurrences. These events may result in shipping delays and we cannot accept responsibility for these delays.


Order Status and Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail that your order has been received.  You will also receive an email confirmation when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment online (when tracking is available). If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
